Retail and Catering butchery, kitchen and brewery in Nottingham
We are a retail & catering butcher, working alongside some of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire’s best restaurants & chefs providing them and our online customers with the finest quality meats our region & country offers. Proud to be working with our suppliers to produce & offer the best products we possibly can. All produced in a fully FSA approved, 5 star, purpose built unit in Long Eaton, Nottingham.
We are not your traditional butcher. We take traditional principals & combine them with our years behind the stove as a chef to elevate your experience. We look at how we can best produce the finest quality product on your plate with ease.
Over the years we have expanded and frown from strength to strength, constructing our purpose-built kitchen to provide our customers with pies, terrines, pastries and more; expertly crafted by our in-house chef using the finest quality meat from our own butchery.
Last year in 2025, we opened our exclusive brewery, offering beers, pilsners and wines to compliment our extraordinary selection of meats.
